2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your towel order and the delivery destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 30€ .
For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees will apply.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Processing time for in-stock items is usually 7 business days. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery time.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. International Shipping
